Exchange and Return Policy
Presale
- Your order will be sent in the range agreed upon by the agency
- In case of Lima, it would arrive 1 to 3 business days after leaving it at the agency.
- In the case of the province, it would arrive 3 to 6 business days after leaving it at the agency.
- A refund cannot be requested if your order will be sent on the agreed dates since the warehouse begins to schedule everything from the day you request it.
Return
A product can be returned only when it has a manufacturing defect within a period of 7 days. First the bag will arrive at our workshop so we can see the defect and then return it.
Changes:
If the product has a factory defect upon arrival, you can make the change within a period of 7 days.
Refunds:
- Your refund is made through the same payment method you used to purchase. If you pay with a credit or debit card, we will refund the money to that card. If you paid with Yape or bank transfer, the refund is made through Yape or transfer
- Yape: refund within 3 business days
- Transfer: Within 3 business days
- Credit or debit card: The refund is generated within 3 business days and is reflected in your bank account in 5 to 3 business days, depending on your bank.
